Police are looking for fleeting drivers for an injured civil servant in Bovenden!

In a dramatic incident on Thursday afternoon in Bovenden, a policewoman was injured in a traffic control when a fleeting driver with his red BMW apparently drove her up. Shortly afterwards, the vehicle was found in the Herzberg industrial area on a company premises on Gutenbergstrasse. However, the driver remains under immersion and the police recorded the search with high pressure, even a police helicopter from Hanover was requested for support.

The Göttingen police are now looking for witnesses: Anyone who has information about the person they are looking for or has observed the incident is asked to report on emergency call 110. The whereabouts of the suspect has so far been unclear, while the investigation into the precise approach of the incident is continued.
