On Monday evening, March 3, 2025, a stranger devastated a mobile traffic light system at a construction site on Weststrasse in Haren, Wesuwe district. At 7:45 p.m., a witness heard a loud bang and saw a suspect climbed into a small vehicle and fled. The police checking the traffic light system resulted in damage of around 3,500 euros.
