Drug raid on A1: Customs discovers marijuana and weapons in the car!
Cappeln, Deutschland - customs officers from the main customs office Oldenburg stopped a car with Wilhelmshaven approval on Autobahn 1 last week and made a explosive discovery. During the check, the officials noticed that a suspicious object was thrown out the window behind the driver. In the subsequent investigations, the occupants, a 42-year-old and a 32-year-old, admitted a small amount of marijuana, but that was only the tip of the iceberg.
A more intensive examination of the vehicle revealed two softair machine guns and a telescopic stroke. A customs dog finally confirmed the suspicions: a shopping bag with about one kilogram of marijuana was discovered on the access to the parking lot. During the subsequent house searches, the officers met with a total of 97.1 grams of marijuana, 7.3 grams of hashish, 7.33 grams of amphetamine, 1.5 grams of opiates and evidence that suggest a drug deal. It also turned out that the driver was under the influence of narcotics. After the temporary arrest and investigation, the men were ultimately released. The investigation is now headed by the customs investigation office in Hanover.
