Alcoholized driver gets stuck in the field: police investigated!

In a dramatic incident on Tuesday morning, the police discovered in my one stuck Mercedes-Benz Sprinter on a field between Grassel and Essenrode. The 43-year-old driver, who said that his navigation system had led him there, showed an alcohol value of 1.13 per thousand. Criminal proceedings against him were immediately initiated by the accident site due to the risk to road traffic and unauthorized removal, and the driver's license was taken away. The police are asking witnesses to report on 05304 91130.

On the same evening, another incident occurred in Weyhausen: A 60-year-old driver crashed into a waiting Volkswagen Tiguan with his Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Fortunately, the inmates of the SUV were not injured. When taking the accident, the police found that the Mercedes had no liability insurance. The vehicle was then closed and criminal proceedings against the driver was initiated.
