Car thief on the run: chase through Hildesheim!

Wiesenstraße, 31134 Hildesheim, Deutschland - in Hildesheim there was a dramatic incident on Tuesday morning when a man found that his blue VW Multivan, built in 1999, was stolen. Around 4:50 a.m., the injured party on Wiesenstraße noticed that a car thief was sitting in his own vehicle and immediately recorded the persecution. The exciting chase led over several streets, including Struckmannstraße and the B243, where the perpetrator performed with rapid speeds of up to 190 km/h and overtook two cars.

After a nerve-wracking hunt, however, the victim lost the field of vision on his stolen VW bus and could not catch up with it. The police have now started the investigation and are looking for witnesses who can provide information on the fleeting vehicle and the perpetrator.
