Pepper spray attack in Gronau: Young people dodge robbers!

In a dramatic night in Gronau, a 15-year-old boy was on his e-scooter when he suddenly became the victim of an attempted robbery. Around 1:30 a.m. on Enscheder Straße, a stranger sprayed the young pepper spray in the face and asked him to give up his scooter. But the brave boy could not be intimidated: he quickly changed the street and fled to the attacker.

The perpetrator, about 25 to 30 years old and equipped with a black jogging suit, a hooded jacket and a beard, followed him a short moment before escaping into Schiefestrasse. The police ask for information from the population to clarify this brazen attack and to take the perpetrator.
