orientation run: a sport with a future

The orientation run (OL) is becoming increasingly popular, both in competition and as a recreational sport. VTF Hamburg emphasizes that the sport relies on the combination of endurance and cognitive skills. Participants must control checkpoints quickly and precisely in the card available to them.
