The SV Lilienthal-Falkenberg sports week will take place from July 26th to August 2nd, 2025 in the Schoofmoor Stadium. Six teams are fighting for the title.
Sports week in Lilienthal: football fever from July 26th to August 2nd!
SV Lilienthal-Falkenberg is ready to take the sports-loving community of Lilienthal into next week! From July 26th to August 2nd, the Schoofmoor sports center will be the venue for the first football sports week, in which eight men's teams will fight for victory. It's not just the players who get their money's worth, the spectators can also look forward to exciting encounters and a colorful supporting program.
The list of participants is impressive: strong teams like FC Worpswede, TSV Fischerhude-Quelkhorn and VSK Osterholz-Scharmbeck are there. The teams are divided into two groups, which look like this:

Opening game and final
The opening game will take place on July 26th at 3 p.m. between FC Worpswede and VSK Osterholz-Scharmbeck. The preliminary round games, which are played in two 35-minute games, lead to exciting duels over six days. The two final games are on the program on August 2nd, followed by an award ceremony. The winners can look forward to a cash prize of 500 euros for the team fund!
As is well known, our club has not only done well on the pitch. At the end of the 2024/2025 season, SV Lilienthal-Falkenberg reached fifth place in the league and also won the Krombach district cup. A real boost of motivation after the team under coach Marco Miesner went on an eventful trip to Mallorca.
Attractive accompanying measures
A nice side effect of the sports week are the planned activities that are open to all visitors. In addition to a live stream of the games, there will also be soccer darts and goal wall shooting for children. Your physical well-being is also taken care of - everyone can fortify themselves at various stands. The organizers Pascal Kehlenbeck and Kai Saathoff are hard at work here in close collaboration with trainer Marco Miesner.
At the same time, the club is still looking for active support from regional sponsors. Such partnerships are not only important for the club, but also strengthen the connection to the community. Sport funding plays a central role here: it enables access to sport for all age groups and backgrounds and is a fundamental aspect in order to further expand the sporting infrastructure, as the Sports Funding makes clear.
