Cyclists and bus collide: police are looking for witnesses!

On Friday, May 9th, 2025, there was an accident between a cyclist and a bus on Turmstrasse in Aachen. The 43-year-old cyclist drove towards the railway bridge at around 10:20 a.m. when a bus stopped at the "Audimax" stop and suddenly turned right into Claßenstrasse. The bike collapsed, which led the cyclist to a fall. Fortunately, he was unharmed, his bike HowTver, was damaged.

After the incident, the cyclist ran after the bus and spoke to the driver, who, however, stated that he was not aware of any guilt and continued his journey. The Aachen police are now asking witnesses to the accident to report to clarify the exact circumstances of the incident. The personal details of the bus driver have already been determined.
