Alemannia Aachen on goal hunt: Hopes rest on a new striker!

Alemannia Aachen has experienced some challenges in the last weeks before the first league game after the training camp. The portfolio of the test games does not provide any positive results: In a total of three encounters, the team did not score a single goal. The results of the test games are sobering - a 0: 2 against Hamburger SV, a 0: 3 against FC Hermannstadt and a goalless 0-0 against Altinordu FK. This negative balance makes it clear that Alemannia Aachen, with her weak offensive, which only scored 18 goals in 19 games in the previous season, is urgently dependent on improvements. However, the defensive is well there, with only 21 goals, which is the fourth best defense of the league, like Reviersport reported.

In order to address the offensive problems, Alemannia Aachen Niklas Castelle borrowed from second division SSV Ulm in 1846. The 22-year-old striker was welcomed in the Aachener training camp in Belek on Thursday evening. Castelle only played four times in the league in the first half of his first club and came to only 22 minutes. His transfer is seen as an opportunity to collect more game practice in the 3rd league and to improve the team's goal quota. At Schalke 04 I met in 63 fourth division games and prepared as many goals as Liga 3 online

training camp and final preparations

The training camp that will end on January 11th is an important phase for the players to improve their fitness and tactics. Alemannia Aachen will compete against Rot-Weiss Essen on January 19 in the first league game after the training camp. This could offer the opportunity to free yourself from the goalless phase and collect points. Nine players were excluded in the training camp, known names such as Aldin Dervisevic, Ayman Aourir and Julian Schwermann, while goalkeeper Leroy Zeller could not take part due to an illness.

In addition, the team is strengthened by the obligation of further winter access such as Danilo Wiebe and Jan Olschowsky. Wiebe is currently without a club, and Olschowsky came from Borussia Mönchengladbach. Another goal had Alemannia Aachen with Aleksa Marusic from 1. FC Magdeburg, but Erdal Celik, the technical director of the association, confirmed that Marusic decided to stay in Magdeburg to take his chance there. Last season he had played 32 games with 17 goals and 3 templates for Voska Sport.

tradition and membership

Alemannia Aachen, officially Aachen Turn- und Sportverein Alemannia 1900, is not only known for his football, but also for a long club history with a variety of departments, including athletics, handball and volleyball. With around 10,028 members, the association is the largest sports club in Aachen. The foundation of the association goes back to 1900, and it has developed into a symbol of sport in the region over time. The Vice Championship 1969 and participation in the UEFA Cup in the 2004/2005 season is one of the greatest successes.

The coming weeks are of crucial importance for Alemannia Aachen. At a time when the team urgently needs goals, the new players and the work in the training camp are crucial to build the shape and self -confidence for the second half of the season. January 19 will then show whether the efforts and transfers have an effect.
