Burglars in the former monastery - the police strike!

In early Friday morning, March 14, 2025, the Aachen police were called for a break -in into a former monastery on Dahlemer Strasse. A resident heard suspicious noises and discovered a crazy window. The police officers who checked the situation on site met a 33-year-old man who is without a permanent residence in Germany and is already known for burglary offenses.

The authorities temporarily arrested the suspect. Investigations are now underway against him for particularly severe theft and resistance to enforcement officers. A demonstration in front of a judge is planned for today, while the criminal police continue to continue the investigation.
