In Anröchte there was a serious accident on the street to Schützenplatz on Friday. A 70-year-old Pedelec driver wanted to turn left into a footpath at 4:05 p.m. when she was overtaken by a 65-year-old driver with her Mitsubishi. The pedelec driver noticed the car too late and collided by car.

The woman fell on the road through the collision and luckily only suffered minor injuries. She was immediately taken to a hospital in Lippstadt, where she was treated. The police are now investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
