Bahnhofstraße, 59597 Erwitte, Deutschland - A tragic accident occurred on Friday, May 16, 2025. An 11-year-old boy from Anröchte and his 13-year-old friend drove next to each other on the bike path of Bahnhofstrasse around 1:30 p.m. when suddenly the unimaginable passed: the younger child lost control of his bike and crashed into his friend's bike.

The fall had serious consequences for the 11-year-old, who suffered the most serious facial injuries. He was immediately taken to a specialist clinic with an ambulance. Fortunately, the 13-year-old was unharmed and was able to watch helplessly how the misfortune developed. A quiet afternoon turned into a nightmare!
