Life -threatening accident: motorcyclists fight for his life in Sonsbeck!

On Wednesday morning, March 26, 2025, there was a serious traffic accident on Sonsbecker Straße, in which a 59-year-old motorcyclist from Bochum was seriously injured. The motorcyclist was on the road behind a car that a 59-year-old woman from Xanten steered when he fell and suffered serious injuries. A rescue helicopter had to take him to an accident clinic immediately.

Currently, Sonsbecker Straße between Dorfstraße and Römerstraße remains closed in both directions, while police officers redirect traffic. The condition of the motorcyclist is so far unclear.
