Rapid race in Bochum: Police stops young drivers and confiscated car!

A 21-year-old Bochum had to walk home on Saturday, March 29, after the police confiscated his car. According to witnesses, the young man and an unknown driver fought a dangerous race at the Westring in Herne at around 0:40 a.m., where they were traveling far too quickly and ruthlessly other road users.

This frenzy almost led to several collisions. The second driver involved, a gray Mercedes with Gelsenkirchener license plate, escaped undetected. The investigation by the Bochum traffic commissioner is still ongoing to clarify the exact circumstances and whereabouts of the other driver.
