Accident in Bochum: Bus driver saves passengers, but a woman falls!
A shocking incident occurred on Saturday evening, February 22nd, in Bochum-Westfeld when an unknown driver forced a regular bus to brake. The incident occurred on Bahnhofstrasse around 9:30 p.m. when a car turned left from the opposite direction in front of the bus. The bus driver, 40 years old and from Gelsenkirchen, could only avoid a collision by braking.
A 58-year-old woman from Bochum fell and contracted minor injuries. The driver, who is responsible for the accident, continued his journey via the A 40 towards Essen. According to witnesses, the fleeing driver was a man who was traveling in a gray Skoda station wagon with a black grille. The police are now looking for references to this driver.
