Immanuel-Kant-Straße 52, 44789 Bochum, Deutschland - The Bochum police are active after a number of brazen thefts and property damage in the main cemetery. The devastating acts occurred between Wednesday afternoon, April 2, and Thursday afternoon, April 3, at Immanuel-Kant-Straße 52. Unknown perpetrators made themselves at several graves, stole valuable objects such as a brass plate and a cross and also left damage to at least four gravestones.

The police are investigating and is now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information on the vandalistic incidents. The deeds not only left material damage, but also wounded the grief of the bereaved deeply. Anyone who has seen something is asked to report to the perpetrators.
