Britz, Deutschland - Last night there was a spectacular chase race between a 48-year-old driver and a 47-year-old driver in Britz. At 7 p.m., the police in the Britzer Tunnel noticed the two vehicles that dashed through the tunnel with howling engines and rapid speed. Despite the police presence, the speeders ignored the speed measurements and continued to accelerate. An attentive witness immediately alerted the police.

The emergency services were able to stop the two speeders at the Tempelhofer Damm exit and check their personal details. The result? The two were released on foot because their driver's licenses and vehicles were confiscated! The 47-year-old also indicated that he was cut and slowed down several times by another driver. An insulting gesture during overtaking also let the situation escalate. The investigation into this incident has now been taken over by the specialist commissioner for traffic offenses.
