Terrible accident in Oberlethe: two injured and high damage!

On Wednesday morning, May 14, 2025, a spectacular traffic accident occurred in Oberlethe, which slightly injured two people. At around 6:25 a.m., a 49-year-old driver from Wardenburg ignored the stop sign at the "Am Brink" intersection for out of operation in her VW and rested directly into the intersection.

At that moment she crashed with the BMW of a 31-year-old, also from Wardenburg, who was traveling towards Tungeln on the Tungeler Damm. The collision led to the BMW coming off the road and rammed a pedestrian traffic light. But the drama was not over yet: the VW of the 49-year-old was also thrown around by the impact and crashed into a waiting small car of a 46-year-old Oldenburg. The accident caused considerable damage to property, while fortunately the injured only wore slight injuries.
