On Monday, April 21, 2025, up to 600 participants in Dortmund gathered to an impressive Easter March Rhein-Ruhr. The protest began at 1:30 p.m. on Wilhelmplatz in Dortmund-Dorstfeld and led the crowd over the Dorstfelder Hellweg, Rheinische Straße and the Wall directly to Hansaplatz in the city center. The final rally is planned for around 6 p.m.

The demonstrators set a strong sign and demanded hearing for their concerns on their route through the city. The police were on site to ensure the security of the event and to support a smooth process.
