On Monday, March 24th, a dramatic incident occurred on Wittekindstrasse in Dortmund! A 60-year-old cyclist fell while trying to avoid a collision with a fleeing car. The uninvolved driver, who was traveling in a silver or gray small car with a Lüner license plate, left the injured cyclist behind and raced away.
