Pensioners for his savings cheated: False police officers active in Duisburg!

On Monday, May 19, a senior in Duisburg was victim of criminal fraudsters who spoke out as police officers. The pensioner received a call from a man with a suppressed number who wanted to tell him that his address was connected to criminal activities. To protect him, the senior should bring his savings to safety.

The fraudster convinced the pensioner to come to a parking lot of a grocery discounter at around 5 p.m. on the same day, where he handed over a five -digit cash amount. The pick -up, about 30 years old and 1.80 meters tall, was dressed dark and wore gloves. When the senior filed a complaint with the police the next day, he hoped to warn others of this desired fraud.
