Heavy crash in Extertal: Driver fights for his life after an accident!

A 63-year-old VW Tiguan driver from Extertal wanted to turn from Farmbecker Straße to the Oelentrup, but incorrectly assumed that a 67-year-old VW Passat driver would turn right. But he continued his journey straight away, which led to a violent collision in the central intersection zone.

The 67-year-old suffered serious injuries and had to be taken to the hospital immediately. Fortunately, the 63-year-old was not injured, but the two vehicles caused immense property damage of around 25,000 euros. The police have received the investigation into negligent bodily harm, while the residents and passersby are surprised at the dramatic incident.
