Haßlinghauser Straße, 58280 Sprockhövel, Deutschland - A dramatic traffic accident shaken Sprockhövel on May 15, 2025! Around 1:00 p.m., a 50-year-old driver from Hagen and his Citroën small van got into a serious collision with a regular bus. The accident rave disregarded the right of way and crashed into the bus that was traveling with passengers on Haßlinghauser Strasse. The van hurled off the road, broke a pasture fence and landed in a field while the bus overturned and got stuck in the ditch.

The result: four slightly injured passengers on the bus, including a 74-year-old, and the driver of the van, who was taken to the hospital seriously injured. There was no danger to life! While the rescue workers, in close cooperation with the fire brigade, were in use for several hours, Haßlinghauser Straße was completely closed and the surrounding area was covered with extensive road closures - traffic came to a standstill! The line bus finally had to be recovered by a special company. A shocking incident that stirred up the region!
