G4 impresses with Phantoms of the Popera in Herne Bay in 2026!
When friends of the musical hear about an extraordinary event in the coming months, it means G4's “Phantoms of the Popera” tour. The British Vocal Harmony Quartet, known from “X Factor” and popular on the stages of the United Kingdom for years, brings the greatest hits of the West End and Broadway back to the stages. G4 not only stands for great harmonies, but also for thrilling performances and an unforgettable concert experience.
The tour, which runs across the country from April to July 2025, promises to build anticipation for what's just around the corner. Included are the voices of Jonathan Ansell, Michael Conway, Mike Christie and Duncan Sandilands. The band has several musical styles to offer, ranging from emotional ballads to rousing anthems. And the list of musicals from which the pieces come could not be more impressive: from “Les Misérables” to “Phantom of the Opera” to hits from “Hamilton” and “The Greatest Showman”.

The big evening will take place on Friday 8th May 2026 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the Kings Hall in Herne Bay. There will be a pre-show meet and greet at 6 p.m. where fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a welcome drink and create personal memories with photos. The ticket prices are:

A new face in the group
A small change awaits the group, because Jai McDowall has decided to continue solo. This means a breath of fresh air in the group, as Michael Conway will now strengthen the quartet. These changes will not only provide fresh input, but also bring an exciting dynamic to the already successful tour. G4 is also planning a Christmas tour entitled “G4 Christmas”, which was created to provide a musical festive atmosphere for the Christmas season.
