Burglary in Schmachtendorf: Police arrest the perpetrator at the kiosk!

In the early morning hours of April 17, a spectacular slump into a kiosk in Schmachtendorf occurred. At 3:11 a.m., the Oberhausen police were alerted by a resident who was torn from sleep by loud hammers. When the officers arrived at the scene, they saw two refugee men who ran out of the obviously violent kiosk.

The police were able to arrest one of the fleeting perpetrators at the scene, while the investigators secured the kiosk and inspected the damage. Apparently, the burglars had torn a cigarette machine from the anchorage and broke out. The search for the accomplice is in full swing!
