Battery thieves do their mischief in Kleve and Goch!

In the night from Monday to Tuesday, March 25, 2025, unknown perpetrators were targeting old car batteries. In Kleve they broke into a warehouse of a car dealership on Dieselstrasse and stole an indefinite number of old batteries from a disposal box. The burglars were able to flee undetected.

Shortly afterwards, around 10:45 p.m., the same perpetrators triggered an alarm on the site of a car dealership on Horster Weg in Goch, where old car batteries were also stolen. The criminal police have started the investigation in both cases and asks for information from the population. Witnesses can report in the Kleve case on 02821 5040 and in the Goch case on 02823 1080.
