The shots from the wheelchair: boy stays intact with attack!

On Monday evening, February 17th, a 16-year-old boy was presumably shot on a sports area on Holweider Marktplatz in Cologne. An unknown man in an electric wheelchair, who had loudly driven onto the sports field and apparently screamed at Russian, frightened the three boys. When they fled, the 16-year-old returned to get something when a shot suddenly fell. Fortunately, he was unharmed, but the police found a projectile of an air rifle in the boy's jacket.

According to testimonies, the alleged perpetrator is estimated at around 40 to 50 years, has a half -bald and seems to be paralyzed. At the time of the crime, he wore a black jacket. The police are investigating and looking for further information on this worrying incident.
