Car thieves strike in Achern: Tips to protect your vehicle!

Last week, unknown people in the Achern/Oberkirch area took out against unlocked cars! Between Friday and Sunday, the police registered several burglaries and thefts on Straßburger Strasse, Vivaldiweg and Lindenallee. In an incident, the perpetrators stole sunglasses and the case, while in other cases there was only a search of the vehicles.

The police urgently warns of the dangers and gives tips for safety! The advice includes: Cover your car and, where possible, park in a garage. Make sure that your vehicle is properly locked because radio blockers can interfere with the signal of your remote control. Keep out the valuables out of sight and do not leave any important documents in the car. Every theft should be reported to the police. Safety is everything! Prevent your belongings into the wrong hands!
