In a shocking incident, an unknown perpetrator attacked a discounter in the city center of Minden on Monday evening. Around 7:30 p.m., the man entered the business on Weserstrasse and initially stuck some. But the real shock followed at the cash register: the robber threatened the cashier with a pistol and demanded cash.

After he had supplied the prey of several hundred euros, the perpetrator fled. The police describe him as about 30 to 35 years old, around 1.70 meters tall, with black hair, dressed in a black jacket and a black hat. He also spoke broken German.
