Serious accident in Uedem: woman with helicopter to the hospital!

On Monday evening, March 31, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred in Uedem on Mühlenstrasse. A 34-year-old woman from Uedem lost control of her Mercedes around 6:50 p.m. and crashed head-on against a street tree. The exact course of the accident has so far been unclear.

The driver who was traveling alone suffered serious injuries and was flown to a special clinic with a rescue helicopter. Risk of life cannot currently be excluded. Mühlenstraße had to be completely blocked in the area between the Uedemfelderweg junctions and on the Hochwald for the accident recording. The police are asking witnesses to report on 02821-5040.
