With an area of an impressive 12,000 square meters, the building is being constructed in the dynamic Mülheim business park, which is positioning itself as an important high-tech business park. Current developments show that Westenergie will relocate two of its measurement business units from the surrounding area to the new facility. Euronext also emphasizes that the project is designed as a build-to-suit development and is therefore specifically tailored to the needs of Westenergie. A long-term rental agreement has already been signed, further strengthening the cooperation between CTP and Westenergie.

As part of the construction work, CTP is aiming for DGNB Gold certification, which speaks for environmentally friendly standards in construction and operational management. In addition, the installation of a photovoltaic system is planned to ensure a fossil-free energy supply. This commitment to sustainable practices shows that the project developers assume not only economic but also ecological responsibility. The project is targeted for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
The new logistics property will also have modern workspaces and a logistics center for measurement technology, supplemented by a state-approved testing center for measuring devices.
