Terrible accident in Overhetfeld: Roller driver collides with a car!

In a dramatic incident on Saturday morning, there was a shocking collision between a car and a scooter on the Schwalmweg in Orehetfeld at around 9:20 a.m. The 77-year-old scooter driver from Niederkrüchen wanted to turn left to the Schwalmweg from a campsite when he collided with an oncoming 78-year-old driver from Brüggen.

The violent impact pressed the scooter against a parked car. The police are currently on site with a special team to examine the accident. The Schwalmweg remains closed until around 4 p.m.
