Accident on zebra crossing: 11-year-olds slightly injured in Herten!

In the early morning there was a shocking incident in Herten: An 11-year-old student wanted to cross the street on Kaiserstrasse on Kaiserstraße via a crosswalk when she was captured by an unknown car. The driver stopped briefly, asked about the condition of the girl, but then continued her journey. Fortunately, the student only pulled minor injuries, but stated on site that she was unharmed.

The police are now looking for witnesses to the incident. The driver sought is described as about 45 years old and 1.65 m tall, with gray hair and a red car, possibly an Opel. Citizens are urgently asked to never hesitate in the event of similar accidents and to inform the police immediately, even if the child concerned appears to be unharmed.
