Am Samstag ereignete sich ein schwerer Verkehrsunfall in Bad Sassendorf, bei dem ein Motorradfahrer und dessen Sozia leicht, ein Pedelec-Fahrer schwer verletzt wurden.

On Saturday afternoon there was a explosive traffic accident in Bad Sassendorf around 1:40 p.m., which resulted in serious personal injury. A 39-year-old motorcyclist was traveling on Soester Straße with his passenger when an 83-year-old Pedelec driver turned out of the spray path and disregarded the right of way. The violent collision was inevitable!

The pedelec driver suffered serious injuries in the collision and had to be flown to the hospital immediately with a rescue helicopter. Fortunately, the motorcyclist and his socia got away slightly injured and were also taken to the hospital. The unfortunate incident also caused property damage of around 7,000 euros. Another warning shot for traffic safety on our streets!
