On Tuesday morning, April 29, a serious accident with a pedelec driver occurred on Münsterstrasse in Versmold. The 77-year-old man from Ennigerloh drove the street towards Peckeloh when he wanted to switch to the walking and cycle path after leaving a roundabout. He lost control of his e-bike and fell.

Fast several witnesses came to help and took care of the injured cyclist until the emergency services arrived. The 77-year-old was immediately taken to a Warendorfer hospital and requires inpatient treatment due to his serious injuries.
