Armed attack on truck drivers to A1: Police are looking for witnesses!

On the night of Friday, a truck driver was attacked at the Startzplatz Mahndorf March on the A1 in Bremen-Hemelingen. The 51-year-old man had slept in his tractor-trailer when he was brutally attacked by two to three masked perpetrators. He got blows in the face and was blinded with a flashlight so that he couldn't see anything anymore. In the meantime, the robbers even searched the truck and even cut up a mattress to get valuables.

The perpetrators escaped cash, a tablet and tank cards with several thousand euros. The driver, who comes from Tajikistan, immediately informed his Lithuanian freight forwarder, who then alerted the police. The man was slightly injured on site and received medical help.
