Shock on the A6: Police save a woman in need!

On Friday afternoon, February 21, 2025, there was a dramatic traffic accident on the A6 that required quick reactions from the police and rescue workers. Around 3:30 p.m. the incident occurred, which subsequently made extraordinary measures necessary.

Thanks to lightning -fast coordination between the police and the integrated control center, help could be provided immediately. An expectant pair of parents was even looked after by phone and safely led over the side strip to the scene of the accident. The ambulance picked up the pregnant woman and transported her directly to the University Hospital Mannheim under the supervision of an emergency doctor. The emergency services showed extraordinary commitment in this critical situation.
