On Wednesday afternoon, there was a violent traffic accident on the A6 near Kaiserslautern, which caused massive congestion! An 18-year-old Opel driver overlooked a Toyota when changing lanes, which led to a dramatic collision. Both vehicles turned on the street and the Toyota crashed at least once against the protection plank. The result was a large rubble field and the cars were on the left and right lanes.

The motorway initially had to be completely blocked in the direction of travel Mannheim. However, after intensive cleanup and towing the driving -in -with -driving vehicles, the traffic over the middle lanes could be guided past the accident vehicles. Around three hours after the accident, the road was finally released for all road users.
