Sticking students: Coach in Schläglage ensures chaos on A6

On Friday morning, a coach on the A6 towards Mannheim caused excitement when it was in extreme inclination. Road users alerted the motorway police, which immediately intervened. During the check, it turned out that there was a defect in the air suspension of the bus that the driver could not fix.

For the more than 50 students who were sitting on the bus and were on a school trip from London to Mother City, the trip ended abruptly between the Landstuhl and Frankenthal intersections. Since the driver had no plan to continue the trip, the police had to step in. After more than 24 hours on the bus, the students were finally able to continue their trip home, only a few kilometers from their destination.
