On Thursday evening there was a shocking traffic accident on the A63 towards Mainz, in which three people were injured! A 34-year-old driver from the Donnersberg district suddenly changed with his Audi from the right on the left lane without paying attention to the 60-year-old Audi driver from Kaiserslautern. The collision was violent: the Audi of the 34-year-old was thrown to the right, crashed into a bridge wall and flew back onto the road.

Fortunately, the 34-year-old and his 45-year-old passenger were only slightly injured and brought to surrounding hospitals. The 60-year-old, on the other hand, suffered serious injuries and also had to go to the hospital. Both vehicles were badly damaged and had to be towed - the property damage is estimated at around 12,000 euros. The A63 towards Mainz was closed until around 1:30 a.m., while an expert reconstructed the accident. Witnesses are asked to report to the Gau-Bickelheim police motorway station!
