A parked car on the A65 hard shoulder caused excitement on Thursday morning! Road users alerted the police around 5:50 a.m. when they discovered the vacant vehicle shortly before the Deidesheim junction. The officials found the car completed and immediately called a towing service.

The investigation quickly revealed that the 35-year-old driver had left the vehicle there because of an empty tank. A procedure for administrative offenses was initiated against him. Now the driver must also pay for the costs incurred. A classic case of negligence that should make every driver listen!
