Shock accident on the A6: truck and motorhome overturn-injuries and helicopters in action!

A serious accident on the BAB6 at Rauenberg provided chaos around 11:45 a.m. today. Two vehicles - a truck and a motorhome - had to stop due to traffic when a subsequent truck reacted too late and pushed the two vehicles together. Several inmates are currently injured, including at least three seriously. A rescue helicopter was requested, and the animal rescue is also in use to supply an injured dog.

The highway towards Mannheim is completely closed, and the authorities expect a full closure until at least 1 p.m. Drivers have to adapt to significant traffic disruptions, while emergency services and police work on site.
