35 new police officers start their service in Mainz: a strong team for security!

Mainz, Deutschland - On Friday, May 2nd, 2025, police chief Reiner Hamm welcomed 35 new graduated police officers to the Mainz police headquarters. Freshly released from the Rhineland-Palatinate police, the graduates are available to start their service in various directors, including Mainz, Worms and Bad Kreuznach, as well as at the traffic directorate and the Mainz Criminal Interior Directorate.

These young officials are well trained and the broad distribution of their areas of application testifies their versatile and well -founded training. At the greeting, Hamm emphasized a central guiding principle of Jakob Steffan: "Always do their work in such a way that they are perceived as a friend by the population." An urgent call that underlines the expectations of the new employees.
