Frontal collision on B49: Two injuries in spectacular accident!

On the evening of January 27, 2025, around 6:30 p.m., there was a dramatic frontal collision on the B49 between Bausendorf and Wittlich-Neuerburg. The drivers, who were both just slightly injured, had to be freed from their vehicles by the fire brigade. Then they were brought to the hospital with the emergency services.

The circumstances of the accident are still unclear, and the B49 remained closed during the approximately two -hour accident. The fire brigades from Wittlich and Bausendorf, the emergency services and the police were deployed.
