The senior received a call in which he was informed about a fatal traffic accident that a relative is said to have caused. To prevent detention, he should pay a deposit in the form of cash and jewelry immediately. Shortly afterwards a false policewoman appeared and accepted the funds.

Those affected should never hand over money to strangers and, if in doubt, turn to the authorities immediately.
