Knife attack in the pedestrian zone: two suspects arrested!

In the night of Sunday, three young men in the pedestrian zone suffered a heavy knife attack, which now led to a quick search for the criminal police. The investigators of EG Wessenberg have identified two suspects: a 28-year-old North Macedonian citizen and a 24-year-old Albanian. On Wednesday morning, the public prosecutor's office applied for searches that already resulted in the preliminary arrest of both men at noon.

court decisions followed promptly: an arrest warrant was issued against the 28-year-old, which a judge put in execution on Thursday. It is noteworthy that both men have not yet appeared criminal. Now it remains to be seen how the situation will develop.
