Trick theft in the elevator: Unknown people escape with prey in Landau!

On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, a brazen trick theft occurred in an apartment building on Marktstrasse. An unsuspecting resident was approached by an unknown man around 4:30 p.m. in the elevator who presented her a 20 euro note and claimed that she had lost him. While she was distracted and opened her bank pocket, the perpetrator grabbed the cash in it and quickly turned out of the dust over the stairwell.
