In a dramatic traffic accident on March 4, 2025, around 10:15 p.m., an 18-year-old man from Bobenheim-Roxheim lost control of his car in a roundabout on Frankenthaler Strasse. For previously unknown reasons, he crashed against several traffic signs and a street lamp with full force, so that his vehicle was completely damaged and had to be towed. The damage amounts to shocking 7,000 euros!

The young driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by the emergency services for safety. During the accident recording, the access to the roundabout from Frankenthal remained completely closed, which significantly impaired the traffic situation. The police are now investigating the exact cause of the accident.
