Edesheim, Deutschland - In Edenkoben, targeted police controls on February 18, 2025 caused excitement on the streets. Four drivers had to pay a fine of 30 euros because they weren't strapped on while driving. Another driver had the cell phone on the ear and now has to expect 100 euros and one point in Flensburg.

The flash controls also kept a few racers off: in the Leonhard-Eckel settlement, it caught two road users due to speed violations. In the evening, it was particularly hardy in the state road: here numerous vehicle drivers were asked to pay because they disregarded the permissible maximum speed of 30 km/h.
